William & Mary History Professor Chitralekha Zutshi, an internationally acclaimed scholar of modern South Asian history and an expert on the Kashmir region of the Indian subcontinent, is one of this year’s recipients of the Plumeri Award for Faculty Excellence at William & Mary.
